Raigan is a licensed sales associate at Gulf States Commercial Properties. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Raigan earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. After college she obtained a role in Business Development for a lobbying firm, The Payne Group. In this role she worked with clients in the technology, healthcare, and finance sectors.

Raigan then transitioned into the non-profit world and served as the Director of Communications at Give & Take Kitchen Foundation; a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meals to the underprivileged children in south Mississippi. In this role, she directed both internal and external communications strategies, highlighting the organization’s mission and fostering community engagement.

In addition to her current role at Gulf States Commercial Properties, she is over marketing and business development for a healthcare-focused General Contracting company, CONAR Building Group. In this role she works on a team to identify opportunities and develop strategic relationships as well as oversee the marketing strategies for the company. She leverages her relationships and experience in the healthcare real estate industry to guide clients through the intricate processes of commercial real estate.

Raigan is a candidate pursuing the CCIM Designation. She is also a member of the developing Alabama chapter of the Association of Medical Facilities Professionals and the NAshville Chapter of Women in Healthcare where she serves on the communications committee.
