Greg Brett brings eight years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing to Gulf States Commercial Properties. Before transitioning to real estate, Greg spent over 20 years as an insurance and financial advisor, honing his expertise in client relations and financial strategy.

A native of Hattiesburg, MS, and a graduate of both Hattiesburg High School and the University of Southern Mississippi, Greg possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Hattiesburg area as well as the broader Mississippi market.

He currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors, further underscoring his leadership and commitment to the industry. Greg and his wife Anna Laura are the proud parents of 4 boys.
